* Manage construction project
* Daily or weekly site visits and meetings with PM, Sup and Sub-Constractors
* Review and approve value engineering suggestions
* Review change orders and budget revision
* Communicate project progress with Owner
* Review and approve all draw requests
* Collected all lien waivers from GC, Sub-Contractors and Supplies
* Compile and deliver final Construction Book to Owner with Plans, Contracts, Change Orders,
Operating Manuals and Warrenties
* Manage on going post construction items such as; punch list, maintenance and warrenties
