* Define, review and set project scope
* Review final construction drawings
* Solicit and review General Contractor bids
* Develop construction schedule with Owner and Contractor
* Engage General Contractor
* Procured Kitchen/store equipment supplier outside of GC contract ($45,000)
* Managed construction project
* Daily or weekly site visits and meetings with PM, Sup and Sub-Contractors
* Review change orders and budget revision
* Communicate project progress with Owner
* Review and approve all draw requests
* Collect all lien waivers from GC, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers
* Compile and deliver final Construction Book to Owner with Plans, Constracts, Change Orders,
Operating Manuals and Warranties
* Manage on going post construction items such as; punch list, maintenance, and warranties
