Environmental assessment and development of RAP, submission of RAP to MPCA
Lead project through LIEP's plan review process with various city departments
Financing
Construction Management Responsibilities:
* Define, review and set project scope
* Review final construction drawings
* Solicit and review General Contractor bids
* Develop construction schedule with Owner and Contractors
* Engage General Contractor
* Manage construction project
* Daily or weekly site visits and meetings with PM, Sup and Sub-Contractors
* Review change orders and budget revision
* Communicate project progress with Owner
* Review and approve all draw requests
* Collect all lien waivers from GC, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers
* Compile and deliver final Construction Book to Owner with Plans, Contracts, Change Orders,
Operating Manuals and Warranties
* Procure kitchen equipment outside of GC contract ($104,000)
*Obtain all operating licenses for operator
* Manage on going post construction items such as; punch list, maintenance and warranties
