* Daily or weekly site visits and meetings with PM, Sup and Sub-Contractors
* Review change orders and budget revision
* Communicate project progress with Owner
* Review and approve all draw requests
* Collect all lien waivers from GC, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers
* Compile and deliver final Construction Book to Owner with Plans, Contracts, Change Orders
Operating Manuals and Warranties
* Procured all funishings and A/V equimpent for sanctuary, class rooms and offices ($1.000.000)
